The Business Procedures Analyst is responsible for supporting credentialing and regulatory processes for licensed employees, managing day-to-day workflows, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational continuity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day credentialing, licensing, and regulatory workflows to ensure timely and compliant processing for licensed employees
- Coordinate with Compliance, FINRA, pre-employment screening teams, business partners, and external vendors to resolve issues and support regulatory requirements
- Provide training, guidance, and reporting support to team members and stakeholders, ensuring consistent knowledge sharing and process adherence
- Support cross-functional CLEAR processes by delivering backup coverage and maintaining operational continuity across workstreams
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with small-scale projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall program effectiveness
Requirements:
- Experience supporting credentialing, licensing, regulatory, compliance, or related operational processes
- Working knowledge of regulatory and credentialing requirements for licensed employees, with the ability to manage workflows accurately and in compliance with established procedures
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal partners, regulatory bodies, and external vendors to resolve issues and support business needs
- Strong organizational, training, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, provide guidance to others, and maintain accurate documentation
- Understanding of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to support reporting, communication, and day-to-day workflow management
- Experience with licensing and credentialing systems (e.g., NIPR, FINRA systems, or similar regulatory platforms)
- Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes, including background checks or identity verification practices
- Prior experience in HR, financial services, insurance, or a regulated environment, with an understanding of compliance-driven operations
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives or project support, including participation in workflow enhancements or system implementations
