Project Manager / Team Lead - AI/ML

Jobfork is a leading company seeking a driven AI Project Manager / Team Lead to lead the delivery of multimodal AI projects. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely project execution across various AI domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multimodal AI projects across text, image, audio, and video
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and data specialists
• Drive project planning, execution, and timely delivery against defined milestones
• Manage stakeholders and ensure clear communication and alignment on goals
• Translate complex AI requirements into structured roadmaps and actionable plans
• Monitor KPIs, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks and bottlenecks
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure high-quality project outcomes
• Identify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and team productivity
• Navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in AI/ML
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into structured execution plans
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) required
• Exposure to or understanding of multimodal AI workflows (text, image, audio, video) is a plus
