We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support and enhance HR systems across multiple HR functional areas.
This is a hands-on role for a self-sufficient professional who can independently manage production support, system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing HR technology initiatives.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on production support responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes across multiple HR functional modules.
- Experience supporting enterprise HRIS platforms of Workday
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating reports, analyzing HR data, and supporting business users.
- Knowledge of HR data structures, security models, and system administration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage competing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting multiple HR modules in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience working closely with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, audits, and data governance practices.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced production support environment.
