Summary:
The Technical Lead for Frontend Mobile Development will oversee the development and implementation of native mobile applications. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mobile development, particularly with Flutter, and a proven track record in leading technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of native mobile applications with a focus on quality and scalability.
- Assign tasks, mentor team members, and lead projects to successful completion.
- Define and enforce best coding practices and standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and users to gather application requirements and objectives.
- Prototype, refine, test, and debug applications to meet user needs.
- Provide technical assistance and respond to inquiries regarding developed software.
- Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in development with a focus on native mobile applications.
- 2 years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
- 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
- Experience in leading platform-wide initiatives and providing task estimations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in native mobile application development.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in application scaling.
- Ability to write and maintain clear technical documentation.
