Neurodiverse Technologies Inc. is a Vanderbilt University spin-off developing innovative technology solutions to support neurodivergent individuals. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to conduct outreach, build relationships, and introduce their solutions to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone outreach to prospective customers
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and CRM campaigns
- Introduce organizations to Neurodiverse Technologies and our solutions
- Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities
- Schedule product demonstrations and discovery calls
- Build relationships with driving schools, rehabilitation providers, schools, clinics, and community organizations
- Maintain accurate records and activities in our CRM
- Work closely with company leadership to develop outreach strategies and grow market presence
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for helping people and making a meaningful impact
- Sales, customer service, recruiting, fundraising, or outreach experience is a plus, but not required
