Maven Clinic is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, aiming to improve healthcare access. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the consumer experience as they expand their direct-to-consumer offerings, focusing on growth and engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Own consumer acquisition and growth for Maven's direct-to-consumer business, starting with the GLP-1 funnel: landing experience, onboarding, conversion, and the paths that turn a first visit into an active member
- Build and run a high-velocity experimentation engine. Form hypotheses, ship tests, read results honestly, and compound learnings into a funnel that performs better every week
- Define the metrics that matter for consumer growth, instrument them, and use them to drive decisions, from top-of-funnel conversion to activation and early retention signals
- Grow your mandate from acquisition into retention and engagement over time, shaping how a member's first month becomes a lasting relationship with Maven
- Partner daily with engineering, design, analytics, clinical, and marketing to ship quickly without compromising the care quality and trust Maven is known for
- Bring a strong point of view on how AI changes both what we build for members and how fast we build it, and put it to work in your own workflow
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least some of it on consumer products where you owned a funnel, a growth metric, or a revenue line
- A track record of shipping. You move from ambiguity to a live experiment fast, and you'd rather learn from production than perfect a doc
- Deep fluency with data. You define your own metrics, pull your own queries, design experiments that produce clean reads, and change your mind when the results tell you to
- Structured thinking that holds up under pressure. You can break a messy problem into parts, prioritize ruthlessly, and explain the why behind every tradeoff
- Creativity in the solution space. You generate options others don't see, and you know when the right answer is a copy change versus a new product surface
- Enough technical depth to go deep with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs, and to know what's cheap, what's expensive, and what's worth it
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools as part of how you work today, and a point of view on where AI meaningfully changes the consumer healthcare experience
- Customer obsession backed by evidence. You talk to users, watch sessions, and design from real behavior, not assumptions. Excellent written and verbal communication that brings clinical, marketing, and executive partners along with you
- Experience in consumer health, telehealth, or another regulated space where trust and care quality constrain how you grow
- Experience taking a 0-to-1 product from launch to product-market fit
