Recruiting from Scratch is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join Paraform's high-velocity sales team. The role involves generating new business through creative outbound strategies and collaborating with the sales development team and account executives to drive pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Driving outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and creative outreach to generate qualified pipeline for the AE team
- Identifying and engaging high-value target accounts across engineering, AI/ML, and go-to-market hiring leaders
- Building and refining the SDR playbook to scale Paraform's outbound motion as the company continues its exponential growth
- Collaborating closely with AEs and the VP of Sales to convert pipeline into closed revenue
- Bringing new ideas, testing creative approaches, and implementing time-saving processes that accelerate growth
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in sales development or a related field
- Ability to drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and creative outreach
- Experience identifying and engaging high-value target accounts
- Ability to build and refine sales playbooks
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with AEs and the VP of Sales
- Ability to bring new ideas and test creative approaches
- Ambition to grow into an Account Executive role quickly
