Phaxis is seeking an experienced Eagle Business Reporting Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between business users and reporting/data teams in an investment management environment. This role focuses on gathering, documenting, and validating reporting requirements to ensure accurate delivery of business and regulatory reports using the Eagle Investment Accounting platform.
Responsibilities:
- Meet regularly with business users across investment operations, accounting, performance, compliance, and finance teams
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to understand reporting needs and business objectives
- Capture, analyze, and document detailed business and reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for reporting and data teams
- Act as the main point of contact for all Eagle reporting-related requests and clarifications
- Work closely with users of Eagle Investment Accounting and reporting outputs to support reporting needs
- Understand and interpret data within Eagle including holdings, transactions, positions, valuation, performance, and accounting data
- Support enhancement and creation of standard and ad-hoc business reports
- Ensure reports align with business definitions, accounting rules, and operational requirements
- Help users interpret report outputs and resolve questions regarding data or calculations
Requirements:
