NEI Electric Power Engineering, Inc. is an engineering services firm committed to serving others and improving continually. They are seeking an Account Manager in Business Development to grow existing accounts, qualify inbound leads, and enhance client satisfaction while implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Account Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities
- Client Engagement and Success: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service
- Sales Strategy: Work with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using HubSpot CRM software
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar field from an accredited institution preferred
- 6+ years of experience in a similar engineering or proposal role
- Previous experience in cost estimating, proposal writing, and/or technical sales is highly preferred
- Good interpersonal and people skills
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
