The Life Insurance and Annuity Industry Data Product Lead will drive the development of the ALIP data analytics solution, leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative insights for clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of the ALIP data analytics product, ensuring alignment with client needs and overall business objectives
Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Go-To-Market teams to shape and deliver a scalable solution that supports sustainable revenue growth
Design and oversee advanced analytics solutions, dashboards, and data products to empower clients with informed decision-making and performance tracking
Build, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary data team (including analysts, data engineers, and data scientists), fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Once the product matures, coordinate with the delivery organization to leverage its potential for substantial and sustainable revenue generation
