AI Engineer Intern

Noso Labs is a startup that builds AI tools for the trades, assisting technicians and sales teams in enhancing customer experiences. They are seeking an AI Engineer Intern to work closely with the founding team on prototyping and improving AI-powered product features, including building AI agents and integrating LLMs with various systems.

Responsibilities:

• Building AI agents and workflows for technician and sales use cases
• Developing retrieval-augmented generation systems using company and customer knowledge bases
• Improving prompt quality, model evaluation, and response reliability
• Integrating LLMs with CRM, call, dispatch, or field service systems
• Creating internal tools to speed up data processing, product testing, and customer onboarding
• Evaluating model outputs and helping design better feedback loops
