Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for desktop hardware, software, printers, and conference room equipment
- Perform routine tasks such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, and resolving ServiceNow tickets
- Support asset lifecycle management including deployments, updates, and disposal of outdated equipment
- Maintain documentation including contact lists, process logs, inventory records, and service reports
- Troubleshoot issues using established procedures and escalate when necessary
- Monitor and maintain equipment, supplies, and data records to support operations
- Assist with AV setup and virtual meeting support, including preventative maintenance of conference rooms
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
- Experience in deskside/desktop support
- Familiarity with AV systems and conference room technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
