In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of identity and access management solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. You will work on moderately complex engineering challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable software systems.

Software Engineer - Identity & Access Management (Java/Python)

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering
- 7+ years of experience with Java development
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Experience working with relational databases (SQL)
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
- Experience with LDAP and identity directory services
- Experience with Bravura Security (Pass / Identity Management Suite)
- Experience with C++ (legacy or integration environments)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2-4 years)
- Experience with Python development in production environments (2-4 years)
In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of identity and access management solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. You will work on moderately complex engineering challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable software systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Python
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs for identity and authentication workflows
- Analyze and solve moderately complex engineering problems involving multiple variables
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions
- Contribute to system design, technical planning, and implementation strategies
- Ensure compliance with internal security, policy, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices
- Experience with Bravura Pass or similar password management/IAM tools is highly valued
- Candidates with stable career progression in enterprise environments preferred
