Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building agent-based AI solutions using Claude (Anthropic), Python, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
This role focuses on developing intelligent automation solutions, document processing workflows, onboarding applications, and enterprise AI systems that are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop agent-driven AI applications using Claude (Anthropic) and modern AI agent frameworks.
- Build intelligent multi-step workflows with reasoning, tool integration, and workflow orchestration.
- Develop production-grade Generative AI applications using Python.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and business applications.
- Create and optimize prompts to improve model performance and response quality.
- Build scalable, secure, and auditable AI solutions suitable for enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver AI-driven automation solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and implement AI best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic) and agent-based AI development.
- Extensive experience developing applications using Python.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI agent frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM behavior.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs into enterprise applications.
- Proven experience building production-ready AI applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and application integration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance.
- Experience in financial services, onboarding, document processing, or regulated industries.
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and software engineering skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
