Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building intelligent automation solutions, conversational AI applications, and scalable integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong development expertise, solution architecture knowledge, and experience implementing enterprise automation and DevOps practices.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience developing conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong experience designing and developing Canvas Apps.
• Expertise in creating enterprise automation workflows using Power Automate.
• Advanced experience with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions, and integrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Experience developing Azure Functions using PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform architecture.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of solution deployment, governance, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise Power Platform implementations.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and security best practices.
• Experience building custom connectors and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Power Pages, AI Builder, Azure Logic Apps, or Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience working in Insurance or Financial Services environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Build and maintain Canvas Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint Online solutions.
• Develop Azure Functions and PowerShell-based automation.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and development best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams.
