Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, vacation packages, cruises, and tours
- Provide accurate information on travel destinations, itineraries, travel requirements, and available promotions
- Manage customer accounts and maintain detailed records of bookings, transactions, and client communications
- Resolve travel-related issues and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay informed about travel trends, restrictions, promotions, and industry updates
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential clients and share travel-related content
- Support marketing initiatives and online customer engagement activities
