They are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of complex projects, delivering solutions across marketing, onboarding, and servicing platforms while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of new features and systems that span front-end and backend technologies
- Build and maintain performant, accessible, and responsive UIs using React and component-based architecture
- Develop reliable APIs and backend logic in Node.js, leveraging cloud-native services in AWS (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3) and PostgreSQL databases
- Collaborate across teams to integrate third-party tools and shared services
- Proactively improve system performance, observability, and code quality
- Provide architectural input and help define technical best practices
- Mentor and support fellow engineers through code reviews, pairing, and feedback
- Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success shipping production software that has made a measurable business or customer impact
- The ability to design and build full-stack applications and shared services from scratch, balancing trade-offs with long-term maintainability
- Experience owning CI/CD, infrastructure, and DevOps tasks (e.g., GitHub Actions, Terraform, AWS)
- Strong understanding of how web applications work across the stack (browser, frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure)
- A thoughtful approach to writing clean, testable code and documenting your decisions for others
- A track record of working effectively across disciplines (e.g., with product managers, marketers, designers)
- Curiosity, initiative, and the judgment to know when to ask, challenge, or simplify
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo)
- Experience with Next.js and TypeScript
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms (e.g., Statsig, Optimizely, VWO)
- Use of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Sentry, Datadog, CloudWatch)
- Comfort with building or contributing to shared libraries
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Jest)
- Experience designing systems with event-driven architecture (e.g., SQS, SNS, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
