Fusion 360 LLC is seeking a Product Sales Territory Manager for Northern California to drive territory sales growth while providing agronomic expertise and technical support to growers and partners. The role involves building relationships, providing agronomic recommendations, conducting field trials, and delivering product training.
Responsibilities:
- Grow sales and expand distribution within assigned territory
- Build strong relationships throughout the network of sales
- Provide agronomic recommendations and troubleshoot crop issues
- Ability to learn & develop customized crop and nutrition programs
- Conduct annual field trials in designated territory (design, analysis, reporting)
- Deliver product training and represent the company at industry events
- Maintain CRM records, reports, and expense tracking
Requirements:
- PCA license and/or CCA (or ability to obtain CCA)
- Strong knowledge of various crops, soil health, and plant nutrition
- Excellent communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel frequently
