Sr. AI-First Software Engineer

Judge Consulting Group is hiring a Senior AI-First Software Engineer to design and deliver AI-first, enterprise-grade applications across modern cloud environments. The role involves building AI-powered applications, developing scalable backend services, and implementing various integrations and automation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver AI-first, enterprise-grade applications across modern cloud environments
• Build AI-powered applications (including a Microsoft Store product)
• Create Copilot Studio agents + Power Automate workflows
• Develop scalable .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, APIs) backend services
• Implement enterprise integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, messaging)
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, Docker, IaC (Bicep/ARM/Terraform)
• Develop automated test frameworks (Playwright, xUnit/NUnit)

• Cloud & DevOps: Azure (preferred), containers, observability (App Insights, Prometheus/Grafana)
• Data & integration: SQL, EF Core, event-driven architecture, API-first design
• Automation: Copilot Studio + Power Automate (custom connectors, workflows)
• React/Angular
• vector DBs (Azure AI Search/Pinecone)
• data platforms (ADF/Synapse/Fabric)
• M365 extensibility
