They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and develop their Account Management team, focusing on telephonic outreach to healthcare providers and driving patient referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers executing a high-volume telephonic outreach strategy
- Set clear activity and referral targets and hold the team accountable to achieving them
- Run regular one-on-ones, call reviews, and training sessions to elevate individual and team performance
- Refine outreach strategies, scripts, and follow-up processes to maximize engagement with healthcare providers
- Oversee CRM accuracy across the team and deliver performance reporting and market insights to leadership
- Ensure strict adherence to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations across all team activity
Requirements:
- Proven ability to lead a phone-based business development or account management team to measurable results
- Strong coaching and performance management skills, including the ability to deliver direct and constructive feedback
- Strong command of CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- High urgency, resilience, and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills with both team members and senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 5 years of revenue-generating business development or account management experience, including 2+ years managing a phone-based team
- MBA preferred but not required
