Product Owner - Financial Crimes

CoreAi Consulting is seeking an experienced Product Owner specializing in Financial Crimes and Risk Management to drive product delivery for compliance platforms within the banking sector. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure product outcomes align with regulatory expectations and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the product backlog for Financial Crime, AML, and Risk & Compliance initiatives
• Convert business needs and regulatory requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure correct implementation of AML and transaction monitoring rules
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on regulatory risk, business value, and customer impact
• Actively participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives as part of Agile delivery teams
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of transaction data, alerts, cases, and regulatory reporting
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and regulatory audits
• Provide direction and leadership to both onshore and offshore delivery teams
