ARRISE is a leading company in the iGaming industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional gaming experiences. They are seeking a talented UI Product Designer to create and enhance non-game slots interfaces and design systems, collaborating with various teams to bring new user journeys to life.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and iterate through high‑fidelity UI designs and advanced prototypes for desktop and mobile
- Lead the creation and evolution of UI for all non‑gaming slot interfaces, Arcade, HyperPlay systems, Replay systems, and the HyperPlay Game Client
- Collaborate closely with product, business analysis, and engineering teams to shape user flows, clarify requirements, and solve edge cases
- Build, maintain, and document robust design systems, components, and multi‑breakpoint patterns
- Create polished interaction prototypes demonstrating timing, motion, transitions, and micro‑interactions
- Present concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders and team members
- Adjust designs based on stakeholder feedback and technical constraints
- Prepare clean, well‑structured design files and guide implementation to ensure fidelity
- Document design decisions, usage guidelines, and UI controls for broader team adoption
- Work with other design teams across the organisation to maintain coherence and shared standards
- Produce high‑fidelity designs from the outset—focusing on details early to drive fast, informed decisions
- Ensure that UI solutions scale across the wider product ecosystem with thoughtful prioritisation
- Keep up to date with gaming, entertainment, and broader design trends to ensure best‑in‑class experiences
- Provide insightful feedback to influence UX strategy and roadmap decisions
Requirements:
- Experience in UI/UX or game UI/product design—ideally within iGaming or entertainment
- Strong understanding of gaming player behaviour. You will have previously worked on games or love to play them yourself
- A portfolio demonstrating high‑fidelity, production‑like prototypes across desktop and mobile
- Expert proficiency in Figma (or Sketch), particularly components, variants, and scalable system creation
- Deep understanding of usability, user‑centred design principles, and modern UI standards
- Highly skilled in high‑fidelity prototyping; Origami Studio is a strong advantage
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Technical literacy is beneficial—HTML/CSS familiarity helps anticipate development constraints
- Bonus: skills in motion design, animation, visual effects, or video production
