Job Overview:
Pay Range: $95hr - $100hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 9+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Strategy, and Marketing Operations.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale martech initiatives within financial services, consulting, or highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional transformation programs.
- Experience developing executive-level business cases and strategic recommendations.
Nice to Have:
- Financial services marketing experience.
- Experience operating within highly regulated environments.
- Understanding of wealth management and institutional client journeys.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in marketing.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of customer identity, consent management, and privacy frameworks.
