About the Role:
Senior Workday Developer / Analyst specializing in Security & Governance to serve as the bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This role will own end-to-end Workday HCM Security architecture, governance, configuration, and compliance initiatives while ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient enterprise-wide Workday solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM Security combined with hands-on technical expertise across security design, access governance, audit readiness, and Workday configuration.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of Workday HCM Security experience
- Strong Workday Security Configuration expertise
- Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll modules
- Security Groups, Role-Based Security, and User-Based Security administration
- Domain Security Configuration and Governance
- Authentication Policies and Access Controls
- Security Architecture and Governance Frameworks
- Access Management and Role Rationalization
- Audit Readiness and Compliance Support
- Workday Release and Impact Assessment experience
- SDLC and Change Management processes
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and procedures
