The Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack will build scalable software to enhance patient experiences and improve doctor-patient relationships while tackling challenges in healthcare technology.
Responsibilities:
- Work in diverse product areas to solve challenges like booking healthcare appointments online with real-time availability, collecting patient information with customizable forms, and processing millions of dollars of payments
- Design, architect, and build delightful and scalable software to solve our customer’s problems
- Own cross-functional projects end to end, from technical design and decomposition to a successful launch and rollout
- Partner with engineering leaders and product managers to generate, prioritize, and deliver on ambitious engineering goals
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on building customer-facing products
- A history of sustained contribution over time
- A vision for what great software and great engineering looks like, and the technical expertise and leadership skills to make that vision a reality
- Excellent product-level thinking. You can understand all the different aspects of how customer journeys and data flows touch each part
- Ability and desire to solve high impact problems with any tool necessary, even if it requires stepping out of your comfort zone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders, and business needs to the engineering team
