Project Manager (Contract-to-Hire)

Reveal Solutions is a boutique firm specializing in Technology and Project Management consultancy. They are seeking a Professional Services Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving project execution to ensure timely and successful outcomes while engaging with stakeholders and managing project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and driving project execution to ensure timely and successful outcomes
• Managing project timelines, aligning resources, engaging stakeholders, monitoring budgets, and mitigating risks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing consistent updates on project progress to internal and external clients

Requirements:

• Experience delivering professional services IT project and initiatives
• Experience managing network and modern data center infrastructure modernization engagements
• Minimum 5 years project management experience
• Minimum 3 years client-facing project management experience
• Minimum 2 years managing professional services technical projects
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects (10-20) simultaneously
• Proven expertise in Project Planning, Project Execution, and Risk Mitigation
• Analytical Skills, Communication, and Team Leadership
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and resource management
• Strong skills in Budget Management and timeline coordination
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience working with remote teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with telecom, networking, data center, or cloud technologies is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired
