Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for a real-time decisioning platform within a Banking/Financial Services environment. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring deep expertise in modern Java development, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and enterprise application architecture. The ideal candidate will lead by example, designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence.
 Job Description 
Team Dynamic: working within a scrum team of 8-9 people

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership for a real time decisioning platform, leading by example through daily hands on development designing and coding core components end to end to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale while setting a high bar for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and long term maintainability.


Must Have Technical Skills:
