Windows System Administration
- Administer and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, and storage systems.
- Manage and support Nutanix Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) environments.
- Perform system monitoring, patch management, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to IT policies.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Manage and support Veeam Backup & Replication solutions.
- Configure and monitor backup jobs, replication, and recovery processes.
- Perform regular backup validation and test restores.
- Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures and documentation.
Endpoint Management (SCCM / MECM)
- Administer Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager).
- Deploy applications, patches, and updates via Software Center.
- Troubleshoot SCCM deployment failures and client issues.
- Manage OS deployments, task sequences, and software packaging.
