Software Engineer

Reddit is a community of communities, built on shared interests and trust, and is home to over 100,000 active communities. They are seeking a Software Engineer to build and improve ad formats, ensuring product-market fit and technical foundations for advertising. The role allows for full-time telecommuting and requires a Master's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Building new formats to support with functionality that delight our advertisers
• Enable formats on various surfaces/placements
• Establish product market fit
• Iterate and pivot based on advertiser needs and product feedback
• Build infrastructure to iterate and move faster
• Developing new ad formats, including end-to-end prototyping, validation, implementation, launch, and iterating to product-market fit
• Continually improving the technical foundations used for Ad Formats

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline
• three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field
