Ceraxis Health is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Product Management to lead their product organization and drive the development of innovative, customer-centric products. The role involves defining product vision, leading product strategy, managing the product portfolio, and collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company’s product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to drive product innovation
- Align product initiatives with company objectives, revenue goals, and growth strategies
- Prioritize investments and product initiatives based on business impact and customer value
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and planning through launch and optimization
- Oversee product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and release planning
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and market demands
- Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Champion a customer-first approach to product development
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Translate customer feedback and business requirements into actionable product strategies
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams
- Drive alignment between product strategy and go-to-market execution
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders
- Lead product launch initiatives and organizational readiness activities
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management organization
- Establish product management best practices, frameworks, and operating processes
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Develop leadership capabilities and succession plans within the product team
- Define and track product KPIs, customer engagement metrics, and business outcomes
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide prioritization and strategic decision-making
- Present product performance, roadmap updates, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field
- 20+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior leadership roles
- Proven success launching, scaling, and optimizing products in competitive markets
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product portfolios
- Strong understanding of product strategy, user experience, market analysis, and business operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
