AptoSwasthy is the company behind Pearl Health, a private health intelligence app for iPhone that emphasizes privacy and actionable health insights. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, manage community engagement, and collaborate with teams to enhance brand awareness and support product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, creating, and publishing social media content that reflects Pearl Health’s mission of privacy-first, science-based health intelligence
- Managing daily activities across key social platforms, including content calendars, post scheduling, community engagement, and timely responses to comments and messages
- Collaborating with product, design, and leadership teams to develop campaigns that educate users, support product launches, and grow brand awareness
- Monitoring performance metrics, running experiments to improve reach and engagement, and reporting insights to inform broader marketing and brand strategy
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience running campaigns and analyzing channel performance
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including writing, visual brief creation, and platform-native content formats
- Background in Marketing, with an understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, and growth strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, collaborative teamwork, and community engagement
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, native platform analytics)
- Ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and translate insights into actionable content and campaign improvements
- Interest in digital health, consumer apps, or privacy-first technology; prior experience in these domains is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
