National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to provide quality customer service regarding property insurance. This role involves making outbound calls, assisting borrowers and agents, and ensuring timely disbursement of insurance premiums.
Responsibilities:
- Cross trains to assist with borrower follow ups
- Assists answering questions in the help desk chat
- Meets and maintains availability standards, (Production, Non-Production, Quality) and attendance guidelines
- Updates records and note system as required
- Disbursements of Property Insurance Premiums
- Handles Outbound telephone calls with borrowers, Insurance Agents/Carriers regarding premium disbursements and property insurance in order to prevent a Borrower letter going out
- Delivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years experience
- Ability to make high volume outbound calls
- Effective quality customer service skills regarding property insurance
- Ability to support borrowers and Carrier/Agents
- Ability to de-escalate calls
- Ability to handle disbursement of premiums
- Ability to assist with borrower follow ups
- Ability to answer questions in the help desk chat
- Ability to meet and maintain availability standards (Production, Non-Production, Quality) and attendance guidelines
- Ability to update records and note system as required
- Ability to deliver timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
