Galent is seeking a senior leader to drive the growth of their Quality Engineering practice across North America. This role focuses on business development, client advisory, solutioning, and go-to-market strategy for modern Quality Engineering and AI-driven testing services.
Responsibilities:
- Drive QE-related pipeline, bookings, and revenue growth across North America
- Lead pursuit strategy, solutioning, pricing, proposals, and deal closures for enterprise clients
- Advise CTOs, VP Engineering, QA Leaders, and technology executives on Quality Engineering transformation initiatives
- Develop thought leadership around AI-powered Quality Engineering, autonomous testing, intelligent observability, and next-generation quality practices
- Support strategic client engagements, executive workshops, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps
- Build and manage partnerships with technology vendors, cloud providers, and consulting partners
- Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to shape service offerings, accelerators, and GTM assets
- Establish executive relationships with clients and drive account expansion opportunities
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, pre-sales, business development, or practice leadership
- Proven success originating and closing complex technology services deals
- Strong understanding of commercial models, pricing, profitability, and P&L management
- Deep knowledge of AI's impact on software engineering and Quality Engineering
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience engaging with senior technology leaders including CTOs, VP Engineering, and QA leadership
- Background in software engineering, digital engineering, consulting, or Quality Engineering
- Experience with Quality Engineering, testing, DevOps, or software delivery transformation
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing and quality platforms such as Tricentis, Applitools, Testim, Diffblue, GitHub Copilot, and related technologies
- Established network within North American enterprise accounts
- Experience building GTM strategies and service offerings
- Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications, or industry participation
