Travel Project Manager – Data Center Operations

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Travel Project Manager to oversee and coordinate project activities across multiple data center sites throughout the United States. This role involves frequent travel, on-site project supervision, and ensuring that all work meets operational, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day‑to‑day project activities at various data center locations
• Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients
• Oversee contractors, technicians, and vendors to ensure work is completed correctly and on schedule
• Conduct site observations, risk assessments, and progress reviews
• Report project status, issues, and updates to internal teams and clients
• Ensure compliance with site policies, safety requirements, and project specifications
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for each site visit
• Identify potential delays or challenges and implement corrective actions
• Document site findings and maintain accurate project records

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, construction management, or data center operations
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• Ability to travel frequently across the United States
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple sites and deadlines
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure
