IDR, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for customers with various service-related inquiries, focusing on analyzing customer issues, providing solutions, and ensuring high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently
- Analyze and resolve service issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address billing, remittance, pricing, and renewal requests
- Manage customer accounts, reconcile information, and perform financial analysis
- Support contract renewals and communicate clearly regarding account details
Requirements:
- 2+ years of prior Energy Industry, Customer Service, Billing and/or Collections experience preferred
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make quick, fact-based decisions
- Ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple systems which support service for customers
