Director, Design

They are seeking a Director of Design to lead and enhance the effectiveness of design teams, ensuring high-quality and impactful user experiences. This role involves building strong talent, improving collaboration, and raising the quality of design across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Increase team effectiveness by driving clarity, focus, and strong ways of working across design, product, and engineering
• Raise the quality and consistency of design through thoughtful direction, critique, and shared standards
• Build and grow a high-performing, inclusive team, strengthening talent, engagement, and long-term capability
• Develop designers into confident, independent contributors and future leaders through coaching and feedback
• Improve cross-functional collaboration, reducing friction and enabling faster, higher-quality decision-making
