Azure Data Engineer (Full Stack) / Azure Developer

Dice is a leading global investment management firm managing approximately $55 billion in assets. They are seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Engineer (Full Stack) to support the evolution of their enterprise data platform by designing, developing, and maintaining critical data solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade data pipelines and integration solutions
• Build and optimize SQL-based data models, stored procedures, and transformations
• Develop backend applications and services using C# and .NET technologies
• Create and maintain Azure-based solutions utilizing Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Functions
• Design and develop APIs and service layers for data access and system integrations
• Implement batch and event-driven processing architectures
• Ensure data quality, integrity, scalability, and performance across the platform
• Develop monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational support capabilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, developers, and DevOps teams
• Follow development standards, governance practices, and architectural guidelines
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform maintenance

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical roles
• Strong expertise in SQL development, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET application development
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Functions
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and service-oriented architectures
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and modern data pipeline architectures
• Experience working with large-scale, distributed, or enterprise data platforms
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
