Director – Quality Engineering GTM

Galent is a company focused on Quality Engineering and technology services, and they are seeking a Director of Quality Engineering GTM. The role involves driving growth, establishing partnerships, and influencing the future of Quality Engineering across North America.

Responsibilities:

• Drive QE pipeline growth, bookings, and revenue across North America
• Partner with enterprise clients to define Quality Engineering transformation strategies
• Lead solutioning, pricing, proposals, and executive-level client engagements
• Build thought leadership around AI-driven Quality Engineering, autonomous testing, and intelligent quality ecosystems
• Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors and consulting partners
• Collaborate with global delivery, AI, and engineering teams to shape future QE offerings
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CTOs, VP Engineering, QA Leaders, and Digital Transformation stakeholders

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in Technology Services, GTM, Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Practice Leadership
• Proven success in originating and closing complex enterprise technology deals
• Strong understanding of Quality Engineering, Digital Engineering, DevOps, or Software Delivery ecosystems
• Deep interest and knowledge of AI's impact on software quality and testing
• Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
• Experience building and scaling service offerings, partnerships, and market presence
