Geordie AI is focused on becoming one of the most effective AI-native companies worldwide. They are seeking an Internal Systems & AI Lead to manage internal technology and identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Own Geordie’s internal technology stack and day-to-day IT operations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, access management, and asset tracking
- Administer systems including Google Workspace, Kandji, SaaS platforms, identity systems, and collaboration tooling
- Maintain a high-quality employee experience by ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and easy to use
- Identify opportunities across the business where AI agents and automation can increase leverage, reduce manual work, and improve operational effectiveness
- Design, build, and operate internal agents, automations, and workflows across functions including GTM, Operations, Finance and all other G&A functions
- Rapidly evaluate new AI tooling, models, frameworks, and orchestration approaches as the ecosystem evolves
- Establish best practices for safe and effective AI adoption across the company
- Continuously improve internal processes, systems, and workflows as the company scales
- Work closely with the team across every area to understand pain points, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical solutions
- Help ensure Geordie scales operational capacity faster than headcount growth
- Enable every employee to effectively leverage AI in their day-to-day work
- Build reusable workflows, templates, agents, and internal tooling that increase productivity across the organisation
- Act as a trusted advisor to teams adopting new AI-driven ways of working
