TELUS is transforming into an AI-powered organization through its Finance AI & Automation team. In the AI Lead role, you will identify opportunities and develop scalable AI-driven solutions while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with Finance leaders.

Responsibilities:

Architect and develop AI/ML full-stack solutions and proof-of-concepts using GenAI technologies and cloud platforms (GCP/Azure)
Design and develop data pipelines, robust APIs that serve as foundations powering AI automations and transformative solutions
Facilitate process mapping sessions with finance SMEs to capture decision rules and identify potential solutions
Drive successful transitions for AI/ML tools from ideation through pilot to scaled deployment across the enterprise
Drive accountability through metrics tracking and transparent stakeholder communication
Lead technical design discussions, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor junior developers to foster best practices
