Burjline Builders is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative support to executives and teams. The role involves handling a variety of tasks including scheduling, email management, data entry, and customer communication to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize email inboxes, calendars, and appointments
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, and virtual events
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Assist with document preparation, editing, and filing
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
