MiraDay builds Mira, an AI-powered digital twin for recruiters and hiring managers that helps organizations find the right talent faster and more accurately. The ATS Product Manager will own the product lifecycle for Mira’s applicant tracking system capabilities, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and data teams to improve the product and ensure it meets user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle for Mira’s applicant tracking system capabilities, from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery and iteration
- Research user needs, translating recruiter and hiring manager workflows into clear product requirements
- Prioritize the roadmap and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and data teams
- Define and track product success metrics, run experiments, and incorporate feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the product
- Monitor the competitive landscape and ensure the ATS integrates effectively with other HR tools
- Help promote best practices in ethical, AI-assisted recruiting
Requirements:
- Experience in product management for SaaS or B2B products, ideally in HR tech, recruiting, or ATS platforms
- Ability to translate recruiter and hiring manager workflows into clear product requirements and user stories
- Strong skills in product discovery, user research, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
- Comfort with data analysis, defining KPIs, and using metrics to inform product decisions and prioritization
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams in an agile environment
- Understanding of AI- or data-powered products and how to apply them responsibly in recruiting workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team and manage multiple initiatives at once
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Human Resources) or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with modern ATS/HRIS systems, recruiting funnels, and compliance considerations is a plus
