Duration: 12 + Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join a large team of Data Scientists and Software Engineers responsible for designing, building, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing production-grade Generative AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions in production environments.
• Implement and maintain LLM-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Support model deployment, monitoring, governance, and ongoing production operations.
• Participate in release planning, coordination, testing, and production deployments.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams of Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience implementing production solutions leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong background in Machine Learning solution design, development, orchestration, and deployment.
• Experience building AI solutions with model governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance considerations.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • GPT 5.x
  • LangChain
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • RAGAS
• Strong LLMs development experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting AI/ML applications in enterprise environments.
