Senior Data Scientist

Location: Local to Boston (Must submit DL copy)

Level/Experience:

• Requires 7+ years of experience
• Looking for a more senior, hands-on contributor

Core Skillsets:

• Strong background in A/B testing, statistics, and experimental design
• Experience with machine learning and modeling
• NLP / text data experience is a strong plus

Technical Stack:

• Primary: Python, Snowflake, Databricks
• Nice-to-have: PySpark
• Future environment may include Google Cloud Platform tools (migration planned around early 2027)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer/patient engagement across multiple communication channels, including:
• Call center data
• SMS/text messaging
• App-based interactions (chatbots, digital engagement)
• Generate insights to improve customer communication and experience
• Partner closely with cross-functional business teams

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills required
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Additional Notes:

This role will not be directly involved in the Google Cloud Platform migration, but should be adaptable to a changing tech environment.
