Senior Field Service Engineer

Established Search is partnering with a global leader in radiotherapy solutions that is expanding its U.S. service organization. The role of Senior Field Service Engineer involves ensuring that life-saving radiotherapy systems remain operational across customer sites nationwide, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex systems.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and upgrades of radiotherapy systems
• Preventive maintenance and emergency service support
• Troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical, software, and imaging systems
• Collaborating with clinical teams to minimize downtime and ensure patient continuity
• Supporting customer training and providing technical guidance on-site

Requirements:

• Experience servicing complex, high-value equipment in regulated environments
• Medical device field service (radiotherapy, imaging, or oncology preferred)
• Strong electro-mechanical and systems troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting capital equipment in hospital or clinical settings
• Comfortable with frequent national travel
