EXL is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on digital campaign execution and management. The role involves owning the delivery of campaign initiatives, managing offshore teams, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of campaign execution and audience selection initiatives
- Manage offshore India teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery
- Partner with client stakeholders across business, analytics, operations, and technology teams
- Drive execution governance, issue resolution, prioritization, and delivery tracking
- Support end-to-end campaign lifecycle including planning, forecasting, execution, analytics, and reporting
- Work with bureau attributes, segmentation strategies, and PS/DM campaign execution
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and scalable process improvements
- Support modernization initiatives across campaign execution and reporting ecosystems
- Lead project planning and execution
- Optimize project processes and resources
- Ensure project deliverables meet requirements
- Provide technical support
- Collaborate with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of experience in campaign execution, marketing operations, analytics delivery, or related roles
- Prior experience leading teams and managing offshore delivery models
- Experience within banking domains such as Credit Cards, UIL, or HE products
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery ownership skills
- Experience working with bureau data/attributes and audience targeting frameworks
