Scale Space is a marketing agency focused on delivering full-funnel growth for clients. They are seeking a hands-on Customer Success Manager to own client relationships, ensure project progress, and maintain clear communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients — proactive, responsive, and reliable
- Run regular client check-ins and updates (not just when something's wrong) to keep clients informed on progress, results, and what's next
- Own project status across your accounts — always know what's done, in progress, and blocked
- Pull direction from our internal team (ads, automation, strategy) on next steps, and translate it into client-ready communication
- Drive projects forward by coordinating across the team and clearing blockers
- Surface client feedback, new requests, and shifting priorities back to the team
- Work closely with our execution team to make sure work gets delivered on time and to standard
- Build strong, trusting relationships that keep clients with us long-term
Requirements:
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, project management, or a client-facing agency role
- Genuinely comfortable on both sides: warm and confident with clients, organized and relentless internally
- Strong project coordination skills — you keep track of many moving pieces without dropping any
- Clear, proactive communicator who can translate technical/marketing work into plain client updates
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives things to done without being chased
- Able to work Pacific (PST) business hours
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (this is a W-2, full-time position)
- Agency or marketing experience is a strong plus
