Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
- Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
- Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process step-by-step
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
- Provide high-quality client service while building long-term relationships
- Participate in weekly training sessions, mentorship programs, and team development meetings
- Deliver ongoing support to ensure a positive and professional client experience
Requirements:

- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam capability
- Must be physically located within the United States
- Customer service, consulting, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
