About this role
LHH is a company known for excellence, seeking a Remote Business Analyst for their client. The role involves understanding the lifecycle of securities class actions, developing technical specifications, and analyzing data to ensure requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the entire lifecycle of a securities class action or similar matter. Determine what data is required and define how that data, as well as our business rules, will translate to the Plan of Allocation applications
- Develop and publish technical specifications, requirements, test claims and other documentation, as required, specifically as it relates to the calculation module
- Using tools such as Excel, SQL Server, and others to analyze data ensuring requirements are being met
- Accommodate BAs and Senior BAs, as well as the Claims Team with nominee outreach including but not limited to questions on recognized loss, eligibility of securities, filing eligibility and the application of the Plan of Allocation
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience
- SQL
- Reporting & Documentation
- Four-year college degree
