Sage X3 Project Manager

Net at Work is one of North America’s largest technology advisors and solution providers for small and mid-size businesses. The Sage X3 Project Manager is responsible for leading successful ERP implementation projects, serving as the primary client-facing project leader to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Lead project kickoff, planning, execution, and closure activities
• Ensure successful delivery of project scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular stakeholder updates
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and roadblocks
• Manage project financials, change requests, and resource requirements
• Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Lead issue resolution efforts and escalate concerns when necessary
• Implement corrective actions to maintain project success and client satisfaction
• Contribute to project management best practices and process improvements
• Support organizational initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and client success
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support long-term growth

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects
• Experience with Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProcessPro, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Proven experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope
• Experience supporting Process Manufacturing and/or Distribution Manufacturing organizations
• Bachelor's degree required
• PMP Certification required
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a consulting environment
